CONSULTATION & SPATIAL PLANNING

JBI will break down for you exactly what achieving your vision entails. We will take time to map out and discuss what you want for your space and create a floor plan to help you better visualize your project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once your vision is defined and a plan is established, we handle all of the logistics. JBI carefully selects trusted contractors to ensure smooth transitions between stages of the build process.

REMODEL

Once JBI has finalized a design and selected contractors, a timeline will be established for the construction process. For both renovations and new construction, JBI will communicate with contractors to make the building process as efficient as possible.

FIXTURES & FINISHES

Last but not least, fixtures and finishes will be carefully selected to complete your space. JBI will work closely with clients to make selections that both reflect the client's style and enhance the space.
